This policy covers lucamarchica.com, operated by Luca Marchica, an individual sole operator based in Montreal, Quebec. Luca is not incorporated and is not registered with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec. What is collected
There is no contact form on this site, so no personal information is collected through any form, field or input. What is collected is limited to the following.
Anonymised analytics through Google Analytics 4, and only after you consent to it. This includes pages viewed, an approximate region, device type and referral source, with IP anonymisation enabled.
If you send an email or place a call, whatever you choose to include in that message.
Standard server logs kept by Netlify, the hosting provider for this site, under Netlify's own policy.
What is not collected
No information through a contact form, because this site does not have one.
No payment information of any kind.
No information is sold, rented or traded to anyone, ever.
Why it is collected
Analytics is used to understand which pages are useful and how the site can be improved. Anything sent by email or phone is used to respond to you and to carry out any work that follows from that conversation.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics is the only analytics tool on this site, and it loads only after you consent to it. Your consent choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and it never leaves your device. There is no newsletter, no mailing list and no marketing automation on this site.
Who else has access
Google Analytics processes analytics data under its own policies. Netlify, the hosting provider, retains standard server logs under its own policy. No other third party has access to information collected through this site.
How long it is kept
Analytics data is retained under Google's standard retention settings. Emails and calls are kept in Luca's email account or phone for as long as needed to respond and to carry out any resulting work.

Request a correction to inaccurate information.
Withdraw your consent to analytics at any time.
